Lajçak: “Situatë e re” në marrëdhëniet Kosovë-Serbi

Përfaqësuesi i posaçëm i Bashkimit Evropian në dialogun Kosovë-Serbi, Mirosllav Lajçak, tha se në marrëdhëniet Kosovë-Serbi është krijuar një “situatë e re” që i ka ndryshuar “planet dhe temat” e vizitës së tij në Kosovë dhe Serbi.

Kjo, pasi Qeveria e Kosovës, më 29 qershor, miratoi vendimin për mundësitë e riregjistrimit të veturave me targat e lëshuara nga autoritetet e Serbisë me targa RKS (Republika e Kosovës).

Qeveria e Kosovës, po ashtu, miratoi udhëzimin për kalimin e pikave kufitare me dokumente personale, sipas të cilit, të gjithë personat që kanë dokumente të lëshuara nga autoritetet e Serbisë, me të hyrë në territorin e Kosovës, do të duhet të pajisen me një certifikatë që i zëvendëson ato dokumente.

Qytetarët e Kosovës, me vite, marrin një certifikatë që i zëvendëson dokumentet e tyre personale, kur hyjnë në territorin e Serbisë.

Beogradi zyrtar reagoi ashpër ndaj vendimeve të Qeverisë së Kosovës, duke thënë se kryeministri Albin Kurti “po i kërcënon me luftë serbët në Kosovë”.

Lajçak tha për gazetarët në Beograd se “kjo situatë duhet të zgjidhet”.

“Nuk guxojmë të lejojmë që të ndodhë ndonjë krizë”, tha ai.

Në një postim në Twitter, ai shkroi se ka zhvilluar "bisedime të gjata" me presidentin e Serbisë, Aleksandar Vuçiq, të mërkurën në Beograd, dhe se ka theksuar rëndësinë e gjetjes së një zgjidhjeje përmes negociatave.

 

Përpara se të udhëtonte në Beograd, më 29 qershor, Lajçak ka qëndruar në Kosovë nga data 27 qershor, ku ka thënë se është duke punuar për përgatitjen e një takimi midis kryeministrit të Kosovës, Albin Kurti, dhe presidentit të Serbisë, Aleksandar Vuçiq.

Lajçak përsëriti të enjten se vizita e tij në rajon ka pasur për qëllim përgatitjet për takimin e radhës të liderëve.

“Unë kam ardhur në rajon për t’u përgatitur për takimin e ardhshëm të krerëve dhe për të folur për përparimin dhe normalizimin e marrëdhënieve. Tani duhet ta zgjidhim këtë situatë”, tha Lajçak.

 

Deri më tash, Kurti dhe Vuçiq janë takuar vetëm dy herë, por pa bërë ndonjë përparim konkret në dialogun për normalizimin e marrëdhënieve.

Ky proces ka nisur qysh në vitin 2011, me ndërmjetësimin e Bashkimit Evropian dhe mbështetjen e Shteteve të Bashkuara.

Duke reaguar ndaj vendimeve të Qeverisë së Kosovës, më 29 qershor, Vuçiq ka thënë se përgjigjja e Serbisë do të jetë e matur.

“Ne nuk do të ndërmarrim veprime ushtarake, por kërkojmë që të mos ua marrin pronat njerëzve dhe të mos i dëbojnë”, ka thënë ai.

Vuçiq, po ashtu, ka thënë se Serbia është e gatshme për dialog, por, sipas tij, pala kosovare nuk është.

Zyra e Kryeministrit të Kosovës tha për Radion Evropa e Lirë se "Qeveria e Kosovës mbetet e përkushtuar për një dialog parimor" dhe se ajo “angazhohet për arritjen e një marrëveshjeje ligjërisht të obligueshme, që në qendër ka njohjen reciproke” me Serbinë./REL/

"Brukseli ka plane për takime në muajin korrik, por, sipas konferencës së mbrëmshme [të presidentit të Serbisë], Vuçiq po braktis dialogun”, thuhet në deklaratën e Zyrës së kryeministrit Kurti.

E pyetur nga REL nëse Lajçak ka qenë i informuar paraprakisht për vendimin e Qeverisë së Kosovës për targat dhe dokumentet personale, Zyra e Kryeministrit të Kosovës e pohoi këtë, duke thënë se “përveç z. Lajçak, për propozimin dhe vendimin tonë, kanë qenë të njoftuara edhe shtetet e QUINT-it” - SHBA-ja, Britania, Italia, Gjermania dhe Franca - në takimin që është mbajtur në fillim të javës.
